Refund policy

CF Baby + Kids Returns

We have a 30 Day Return Policy. If 30 Days have gone by since your purchase, please reach out to us at Info@CFBabyandKids.com and we will do our best to help you. We try to make the return process as painless as possible for you.

Strollers and Gear Accessories must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging, warranty, and registration information included. Car Seats must remain unopened in their original packaging for you to receive a full refund on your purchase within the 30 Day time frame.

All Furniture and Chair orders will be dealt with on a case by case basis and we encourage you to call us at (423)894-4910 as soon as possible if you may be considering returning an item. 

To complete your return, contact us at Info@CFBabyandKids.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will email you a return label. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless advised to by CF Baby + Kids.

CF Baby + Kids retains the rights to approve or refused any return request submission.

 

Cancellations

All Cancelled Orders will be charged a 6% credit card fee that will be deducted from your refund. 

Special Ordered (I.e. custom Best Chairs) or Personalized Items (I.e. Sugar + Maple Products) are not subject to cancellation more than 24 hours after the order has been placed with CF Baby + Kids.

Cancellation is no longer available once an item has left our facilities.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund with be processed, and then a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any car seat or stroller that is returned missing warranty or registration information.

- Sale Items are all marked as Final Sales, unless stated otherwise within the product description.

- If you return an item, the return cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- If an order is cancelled upon your request, a 6% credit card fee will be deducted from your refund.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after initial delivery.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to us at Info@CFBabyandKids.com and if the product is available, we will be happy to do so.

Depending on where you live, the time it could take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Shipping a Return

To return your product, please send an email to Info@CFBabyandKids.com with your order number and reason for return. We will email you a return label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original Shipping Costs are also non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping as well as any initial shipping you may have paid, will be deducted from your refund.
