Shipping policy
We offer free Ground shipping on all car seat, stroller, and baby gear orders over $99. CF Baby + Kids only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses and unfortunately, we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
For those customers planning on forwarding their orders internationally please remember that CF Baby + Kids does not ship internationally and therefore cannot be held responsible or accountable for items once they are shipped overseas after they reach their forwarding destination in the US
- All of our orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground.
- Orders are usually shipped in approximately 2-5 business days of order receipt.
- FedEx and UPS ground service can take an additional 5 business days to arrive at locations on the west coast.
- Orders containing more than one item may ship in multiple packages and may ship on different days.
- Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
- Items that are orderable should be in stock at the time of your purchase. However, if they are not available once your order has been processed you will be contacted by a customer service representative.
- Please note that once a UPS or FedEx tracking number is generated for an order that order can no longer be canceled.
